The design focuses on natural elements such as water, minerals and fire to enliven and maximize the small community spaces while establishing a memorable wayfinding system. The elements are expressed through abstract patterns and macro photography, allowing for bold, dynamic graphics that reflect the project’s surroundings and proximity to Colorado’s mountains.
Each floor is assigned a different element bringing a unique set of patterns and a daring color palette that give each level a different feel.
